Fincorp Advisors is led by partners CA. R. Srinivasu and CA. CH. Ramesh, both qualified Chartered Accountants, with a single conviction: that small and mid-size Indian companies deserve the same calibre of finance team that the listed giants enjoy — without the in-house cost. Sixteen years and 280-odd clients later, that conviction is still our hiring policy.
Accounting support in India tends to come in two sizes. Large firms serve listed companies and well-funded groups, while most small businesses rely on a part-time bookkeeper or a single practitioner.
The companies in the middle — the manufacturer doing ₹40 crore, the SaaS startup with 30 engineers, the restaurant chain with three outlets — get caught between. They need more than a part-time bookkeeper can give, but not the cost of a large firm.
We wanted to build the firm we wished existed when our first clients — three of whom are still with us — first walked in.
Fincorp is that firm. A firm large enough to give every client a dedicated, qualified accountant, small enough that a partner still personally reviews every file. Modern enough to live in Tally and Zoho on the cloud; traditional enough to pick up the phone when you call.
We don’t take every client. We don’t drop clients when they stop being convenient. We answer email on Sundays in March. We file PF on the 14th, not the 15th. That’s the practice.
